Refund & Learning Policy

1. Free Community Resources & Courses

All video course playlists hosted on YouTube and all written developer resources, cheat sheets, and technical documentation on CodesWagen are provided 100% free of charge for the developer community. No subscription or payment is required to access these public materials.

2. Live Interactive Sessions & Bootcamps

For paid or seat-limited live interactive classes, workshops, and 1-on-1 mentorship programs:

• Batch Registration: Seats in live workshops are allocated upon successful registration confirmation.
• Session Recordings: If you miss a live session due to personal scheduling conflicts, recorded session access and resource materials will be provided.
• Rescheduling: If an instructor must reschedule a live workshop due to technical or emergency reasons, participants will be notified in advance and offered alternate batch timings.

3. Refund Guidelines

Because our digital curriculums, starter repositories, and workshop materials are made accessible immediately upon enrollment:

• Full refund requests for live workshops are accepted up to 48 hours before the first scheduled batch session.
• Once a live batch has commenced or session links have been delivered, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Free community courses and open documentation are non-billable and therefore exempt from refund procedures.
